Is Job Sinless?

When we open the book of Job, we read in the first chapter:

| 1 There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect(TAM) and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil |
Note the text claims that Job was perfect. The word used here is TAM, which is the Hebrew word for perfect, let us look at the definitions of the word TAM:

So as we see, Job is a morally complete, and ethically pure, perfect in
morals etc. This means he is sinless and commits not sins etc, because if he committed the
sins he would not be morally perfect, or ethically pure now would he?
So we must now ask ourselves is Job sinless? According to the text yes he is, but now there is another dilemma, according to Christians being sinless makes you God, so therefore using the Christians logic the prophet Job is God! In summarized form:
1- Being sinless makes you God
2- Job is sinless
3- Job is God
